At the beginning of this year, Logan was in a dark place, grappling with severe anger issues rooted in years of family abuse and neglect. Homeless and feeling lost, he was unsure of where to turn for support. Fortunately, a glimmer of hope appeared when his brother referred him to Youth Insearch, a peer-led, trauma-informed support program dedicated to helping youth navigate their struggles.
Finding Support
Upon joining Youth Insearch, Logan was welcomed into a community that understood his pain and provided the guidance he desperately needed. The program's focus on peer support created a safe space for him to share his experiences and connect with others who had faced similar challenges. 3. Life Skills Development: Logan has gained his learner’s license, opening doors to new opportunities and enhancing his sense of autonomy. Learning to drive is a crucial step for him as he builds his future.
